we accept returns for exchange on items damaged in transit. to be eligible please contact the support email within 7 days of delivery detailing the damages. if an item is not available, we will offer the items value in store credit or 50% purchase price to your payment method

most items will have instruction care tags

as a general rule, it is recommended to wash all items on a cold wash cycle to prolong life and prevent fading.

once confimed, you will recieve confirmation along with tracking information via email provided at checkout.

pre-order items require an additonal processing time of 3-5 weeks on top of standard order processing time.
